Master Data Setup
The hospital management system allows entry of basic hospital details using predefined credentials. Users can be created with specific roles and permissions for module access. Physician and referral physician information can be added to the system. Lab investigations and their reference values are entered for diagnostic purposes. Hospital services like wards, equipment, and nursing can be listed. Multiple pharmacy outlets can be created if needed. Vendor details, drug information (with generic and short names), and material details are also maintained in the system
Patient Registration
The system enables creating OP appointments by entering basic patient details. Complete patient information can be recorded during OP and IP registration. Patient details can be viewed through OP reports, while IP admission, detailed, and current reports provide comprehensive inpatient information. OP and IP statistics reports help track and analyze outpatient and inpatient data effectively.
Billing
The system allows generating bills for services and treatments provided to OP, IP, and external patients. It also enables cancellation of specific items from generated bills. Billing reports can be viewed to monitor and review financial transactions.
Discharge
The system enables generating a discharge bill that includes diagnosis details and precautions. Discharge reports and discharge summaries can be viewed to access complete patient discharge information.
Investigation
The system allows entry of investigation details and result values for various diagnostic departments, including Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, X-Ray, CT Scan, and Ultrasound, ensuring accurate and organized patient test records.
Pharmacy - Inward & Outward
The system manages pharmacy inward operations by allowing entry of stock receipts, sales returns, stock transfers from central drugs, stock adjustments, and opening stock, along with viewing related reports. For pharmacy outward, it facilitates generating patient pharmacy and final bills, handling stock transfers back to central drugs, managing purchase returns, performing stock adjustments, and accessing comprehensive reports.
Pharmacy Reports & Analysis
The system provides pharmacy reports including product-wise stock statements and stock ledger for detailed tracking. A data refresh option is available for handling large volumes of data. Pharmacy analysis features include viewing supplier and product-wise purchase analysis and sales analysis reports for better inventory and sales management.
